Mobile handling unit (crushing) of cross ties of UPSh-40
Mobile handling unit of cross ties (UPSh-40) is intended for utilization of the steel concrete cross ties, and also the rejected steel concrete cross ties which were in the use and served the term. Installation contains a feeder, the jaw crusher, the discharge belt conveyor, a zhelezootdelitel, at the same time the jaw crusher is established on a frame so that the mobile splitting-up plate is located from a charging side of a crusher and forms an obtuse angle with the plane of a tape of the discharge conveyor.
The processing plant of steel concrete cross ties works as follows. Steel concrete cross ties in number of two pieces are at the same time loaded into the loading hopper of a feeder 2, by means of a feeder of a cross tie move in the loading hopper 5 of a crusher, and then in the jaw crusher 3 where there is a process of crushing of cross ties thanks to rocking motion of a swinging jaw of the 8th crusher. At the same time the jaw crusher is established on a frame so that the mobile splitting-up plate 9 is located from a crusher charging side that allows to provide due to rocking motion of a swinging jaw of a crusher the best passing and unloading of shredded material and armature from the crusher chamber. Shredded material and metal armature, unloading through an unloading slot of a crusher, 4 installations get to an unloading techka 6, and then on the discharge belt conveyor. The mobile splitting-up plate of the 9th crusher and the basis 10 unloading techka of the 6th installation form an obtuse angle with the plane of a tape of the discharge conveyor 4 that promotes the favorable direction of armature on a tape of the conveyor and increases service life of the conveyer belt.
Material and armature are transported by the discharge conveyor to unloading part of installation. Over the balance piston, parallel to the movement of a tape of the conveyor, the self-dumping zhelezootdelitel 7 by means of which is established there is an allocation of metal armature and embedded metal parts from a flow of crushed material.
Thus UPSh-40 allows to utilize steel concrete cross ties by crushing, with allocation of a metal wire and embedded parts and receiving shredded concrete crushed stone.
